Part of our American Blend series, these butcher blocks are made from a mix of premium hardwoods locally sourced and milled in North America. Made in small batches and designed so that no two are the same, each is unique and truly one-of-a-kind. Whether you're dicing vegetables, carving meats, or presenting cheese and charcuterie, our end-grain butcher blocks provide the perfect surface.

Why End-Grain?
End-grain cutting boards, often called butcher blocks, are durable, long-lasting, and anti-microbial, making them the preferred choice for professional chefs and home cooks. They are cut so that the wood fibers are oriented upright, which allows the board to absorb the impact of knife cuts rather than dulling the blade. This creates a self-healing surface where small cuts close up over time, extending the board's lifespan. These tight fibers also limit the absorption/retention of bacteria and moisture, making it harder for bacteria to penetrate deep into the board, helping to keep the surface cleaner and more hygienic.
